How to Contact Customer Support with Disney Plus
- Open a new tab in your browser and navigate to the Disney + Help Center.
- After choosing your problem, scroll down to the bottom of the next page. Search for it in the box at the top if it is not one of the listed problems. Although you could use these menus to brute-force your way to the solution, there is a chance you could resolve the problem yourself.
- Choose “Call Us.” Voice chat was an option, but we didn’t try it. It’s a virtual assistant, not a live agent. And while I don’t mean to offend the bots, they have never, ever been useful.
- After briefly outlining your problem, click Contact Us.
- Make the phone call!
You’ll hear the normal pre-recorded message, a phone tree with options for support in English or Spanish, and opportunities to ask for assistance with a variety of different issues. You can dial 2 to request a callback when they are prepared if the call is taking too long for you.

My connection to a live person took three minutes, but your experience may differ. I called at 3 p.m. in the afternoon, and if you phone trouble at night, when more people may be using the service, it might take longer.
